There are some excellent films and TV shows coming to Netflix in November.
To hell with going out for the foreseeable future, because some brilliant new additions to Netflix in November have just been announced.
Not only are we being treated to a plethora of new and returning shows, but there are some excellent films being added too.
Well, aside from Narcos: Mexico and The Sinner (Season 2) being added to the library, there’s also one of the greatest sci-fi films in recent memory and the latest effort from the Coen brothers; we’ve included some brief plot details on some of the shows you might not have heard of before.

Plot: The Ballad of Buster Scruggs is a six-part Western anthology film, a series of tales about the American frontier told through the unique and incomparable voice of Joel and Ethan Coen. Each chapter tells a distinct story about the American West.
THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WIND
Plot: Surrounded by fans and skeptics, grizzled director J.J. “Jake” Hannaford (a revelatory John Huston) returns from years abroad in Europe to a changed Hollywood, where he attempts to make his comeback: a career summation that can only be the work of cinema’s most adventurous filmmaker, Orson Welles.

Plot: What if a present could unwrap your future? This festive season join Kat Graham, Quincy Brown, and Ethan Peck as they uncover the magic of The Holiday Calendar.
THE CHRISTMAS CHRONICLES
Plot: A holiday adventure from producer Chris Columbus (“Home Alone”, “Harry Potter”) and director Clay Kaytis (“The Angry Birds Movie”), tells the story of sister and brother, Kate (Darby Camp) and Teddy Pierce (Judah Lewis), whose Christmas Eve plan to catch Santa Claus (Kurt Russell) on camera turns into an unexpected journey that most kids could only dream about.
